A ground floor building with a terrace nicely situated in Sypanica near Prabuty on a 22 hectare parcel of land, of which 2 hectares are fenced in, a park, woods, a lake,a look-out point (the highest spot in the area – a panorama of the region). We have five rooms for 2,3 and 4. Each room is equipped with two single fold-up sofas + a sofa, a wardrobe, a table and a bathroom with a shower. We have summer houses 10 m away from a lake.
